This tip applies only to children who can walk.<br /><br />From the start of walking, say this sentence, "You may not walk where cars drive." Then, hold your child while walking across streets and parking lots. I wish there were more education classes for these young new mothers-to-be. My first piece of knowledge I wish I could share with them is simple.<br /><br />#1, When your baby wakes up during the night, keep the room dark and quiet, do not engage your baby in eye contact or talking.
